The Aaron Alan Story

In 2004 Bryan Alan White (Alan) finished up his term in the Marine Corps, while Aaron White finished up his time studying music at Chapman University and they needed to figure out what was next for them.   Having two uncles who owned pest control companies (one of which Aaron spent some time working for), and a father who spent several years in the industry they felt they were in a good position to explore opening up their own pest control company.

Aaron and Alan both believed that service industries often lack good customer service, and that they were both gifted in offering great customer service while having a good work ethic.  Treating people with respect, and doing good work isn’t very expensive. They believed if they could create a company with a good image, great customer service, and a strong belief in hard work that they could carve out a niche in the market to support themselves and (future) families.

The brothers spent the next 3 years working for various companies, gaining licenses, and studying to become proficient in their industry.  In 2007 they were ready to open up their business, and they opened their doors in March.  Having grown up and spending most of their lives in the Inland Empire and being well acquainted with the issues in the area, they chose to open their first office in Riverside, CA.  

They have been open now for over a decade, and have had strong growth every year including expanding into Texas thanks to the support of their fantastic customer base.  They know great customer service, professionalism, and knowledge is the key to having long term success in the service industry.  Aaron and Alan always make themselves personally available to their customers upon request, and are always happy to hear any feedback that can make them improve that quality of their service.
